2. Payment Processing
When you place an order with us, your payment will be processed immediately. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase, including the items ordered, their prices, and your order number.
Please Note: We will only ship your order after payment has been fully processed and authorized. If there are any issues with your payment (such as insufficient funds or declined transactions), we will notify you via email.
3. Currency
All transactions on ChicGemCraft are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are shopping internationally, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to purchase from a different currency, you may need to use a payment method that offers currency conversion, such as PayPal or credit cards that support multiple currencies.
4. Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated based on the state or country where the item is being shipped. The applicable sales tax will be added to your order during checkout.
- For orders within the United States, the applicable state sales tax will be applied based on your shipping address.
- For international orders, taxes and duties may apply according to the laws of the country to which the order is being shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total price during checkout.
Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process to ensure you are aware of any applicable taxes or additional fees.
5. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This email will include:
- A summary of the items purchased
- The total order amount (including taxes, shipping, and handling)
- An order tracking number (if applicable)
- Estimated shipping and delivery details
Please check the details in your confirmation email and notify us immediately if any errors are found. ChicGemCraft is not responsible for incorrect order details if we are not notified within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
6. Security of Payment
We take the security of your payment information very seriously. Our website uses SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer), which ensures that all sensitive data, such as your credit card information, is securely transmitted during the checkout process.

If we detect suspicious activity on your order, such as incorrect billing information or high-risk transactions, we may contact you to verify your payment details before processing your order. In certain cases, we may refuse to process an order if we believe the transaction may be fraudulent.
Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel or reject orders that do not meet our fraud prevention criteria. We will notify you immediately if we cancel your order due to suspected fraudulent activity.
8. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once your payment has been processed and your order confirmation email is sent, we begin working on fulfilling your order. As a result, orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has begun.
If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@chicgemcraft.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Please Note: Custom or personalized orders cannot be modified or canceled once the production process has started.
9. Refunds
In the event that you are eligible for a refund (for example, in cases of defective or damaged goods), we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment method.
If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. If you used PayPal or another third-party payment processor, the refund will be returned to your PayPal account or the corresponding account.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.
10. Late Payments
In the event that your payment is delayed or declined (for example, due to insufficient funds), we may temporarily suspend your order until payment is successfully processed. If there are any issues with your payment, we will notify you by email and request that you update your payment information.
If your payment remains unsuccessful after multiple attempts, we may cancel the order and refund any amounts paid, minus applicable fees.
11. Payment Disputes
If you dispute a charge related to your ChicGemCraft order, we encourage you to contact our customer service team first. We aim to resolve any issues quickly and amicably. If a dispute is filed with your payment provider, we will review the case and provide evidence of the transaction to support our position.
Disputes over charges or payments that are not resolved in a timely manner may be subject to additional fees or penalties as per the policies of the payment processor.
