We accept returns on jewelry items under the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. The jewelry should be free from any damages, marks, or signs of wear.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.

1.2 Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will issue a refund if the returned product meets the criteria above. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

1.3 Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable due to their nature or hygienic concerns. These may include:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry items
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been altered or resized

2. Return Process

2.1 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support team at info@chicgemcraft.com or call us at (715) 484-8195 to request a return authorization. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  3. Package Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging. Please include your original receipt and the Return Authorization Number inside the package.
  4. Ship the Item Back: Return the item(s) to the address we provide, using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

2.3 Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50. ChicGemCraft cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it for eligibility. If the item meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

3.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for the original purchase. The refund process may take several business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

3.3 Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for items that show signs of use or damage. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the item following our standard return process and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@chicgemcraft.com or (715) 484-8195. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for returning the damaged product, and we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging for our records.


6. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please note the following:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning the item to us.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the item.
  • International returns may take longer to process, so please allow extra time for refunds.

7. Exceptions to Our Return and Refund Policy
