1. Shipping Methods
At ChicGemCraft, we offer various shipping methods to ensure the most convenient and cost-effective delivery options for our customers. These methods are available during checkout and include standard, expedited, and express shipping options.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: Next business day delivery after processing (available for select locations).
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors, such as weather conditions and holidays.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time of purchase. Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. If your order contains customized or personalized items, it may take a few extra days for processing, depending on the complexity of the order.
Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you select and the destination address. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.
For orders below $100, the following shipping fees apply (for U.S. orders):
- Standard Shipping: $5.99
- Expedited Shipping: $12.99
- Express Shipping: $20.99
For international orders, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the destination country. Please be aware that customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping times and charges may vary based on the destination. All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by your country’s customs office at the time of delivery.
International Shipping Rates: Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address at checkout to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, there are certain regions or locations to which we may not be able to ship due to logistical constraints. If you are located in such a region, we will notify you during checkout or by email.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order through the carrier’s website.
Note: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment. If your order is delayed or you cannot find tracking information, please feel free to contact our customer service team at info@chicgemcraft.com.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care to ensure that your jewelry arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@chicgemcraft.com. We will assist you in processing a return or exchange, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label if necessary.
If your order has been lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If we are unable to locate the package, we will offer you a replacement or refund.
8. Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. ChicGemCraft is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error with your address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@chicgemcraft.com. We will make every effort to update your address before shipment; however, we cannot guarantee any changes once the order has been processed.
9. Shipping Delays
While we aim to ship orders promptly, there may be occasional delays due to factors such as weather, holidays, or high demand. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, including delays caused by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please check the tracking information or contact the carrier directly.
10. Returns and Exchanges
Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information about returning or exchanging items. In general:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
